### Adding Two Consecutive Quarter Note Rests
Okay, and now we're going to look at adding two consecutive quarter note rests.
**Key Points:**
- This won't happen in every bar; it's specific to **bars three and four**.
- There are **two quarter note rests** in a row for variety, so you're not getting bored at home.
**Sticking Choices:**
- For this section, I will choose to play the **paradiddle sticking**.
- **Alternative Sticking Options:**
- Single strokes
- Double strokes
- You can choose whichever you want!
Imagination plays a key role here. I'm imagining keeping the paradiddle playing even when there’s a rest. I’ll maintain the sticking pattern in my mind, and I’ll also play it with the specified hand.
Feel free to give me marks out of 10 at the end if I actually manage to do the right sticking!
**Let's Begin:**
1, 2, 3, 4.
